This is a brand New, white, never worn ball gown from allure. The top is beautiful lace with a plunging neckline and vintage buttons that go all the way down the back to the bottom of the train of the dress. There is a crystal belt that lays at the natural waistline. The bottom of the ballgown in taffeta. This dress has been MODERATELY altered--the tulle under the skirt has been cut but that can be fixed. everything is else on the dress is the way it was when i got it from allure :) There is also french style bustling already sewn on the dress!! :)
