The dress was altered for me at 5'4" with a 3" heel- Overall length is 51" from the armpit and 52" from the top of the cup to the hem. The chest is 27" (I wear a 32B bra). The waist is 25.5". I am pear shaped and have larger hips, but hip width could vary significantly as the dress falls loosely from the waist (I am a 32 inch waist and the dress falls loosely on my hips). The back has corset straps and could fit someone a little larger or smaller than me. The dress has not been cleaned professionally - hence being listed at $550. It shows very little signs of wear. The only discoloration is where the hem brushes the floor.
