The dress makes you feel like a princess without the giant ball gown. Other than trying on for alterations, this dress has NEVER been worn!
There are several layers to the dress that flow with you as you walk. There is just the right amount of appliqué and sparkle with the sequences woven in and a lightly glitters tulle layer (not the top layer).
The desert/champagne coloring of the skirt allows for the appliqué to pop & really see those details. The scoop back remains modest was a nude sheer, covered in appliqué and closes via zipper & buttons.
The veil is ivory, with a scalloped edge, complete with complimenting appliqué (down to the sequence). Originally purchased for $318, I'm including it for FREE.
Designer's description: This tulle ballgown features a garden of blooms along the bodice.
The Alterations: These were very limited. There were about 1.5 inches cut from the shoulder straps & re-sewn. There were about 2.5-3.0 inches hemmed from the full bottom (including the train). And there was a custom, hidden wrist loop added, instead of a bustle. ***The try-on photos are pre-alterations. The sheer that forms the v-neck was not lined.
